We are so excited to welcome you into our salon! For direct booking, please call us at 925-462-6046! Please note, all appointments scheduled over the phone will be sent the same form listed below to fill out prior to their appointment!

This form helps us to best decide what services you may need and provides the correct information to your stylist, giving you the BEST results! By filling out this form, you will also be asked to consent to our salon policies that are listed below!

Salon Policy

At Vivace, we value the protection of our stylists time and will be enforcing our new salon policy.

 
  • In order to book an appointment at Vivace, you must put a credit card on file. This card will be used to enforce our new cancellation policies listed below.

    Please note, our booking system is designed for this feature and is secure.

    This is our new salon policy and applies to every guest at our salon!

    This also makes putting products on hold EASY and convenient for our guests! Or lets say you forget your wallet at home, no problem! We’ll ring you up with the card on file and you’re good to go!

  • Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled must be done at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in being charged 50% of your scheduled services.

    *Example: If your appointment is on Wednesday at 1pm, you must call before 1pm on TUESDAY to avoid being charged 50% of the services you are scheduled for.

  • If you fail to show up to your appointment, or call the day of to cancel or reschedule, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled appointment.

    This includes being over 10 minutes late to your appointment.

    This one is pretty straight forward! It is impossible to fill day of cancellations. You must respect your stylists time and understand this is their livelihood.

  • We will no longer be accepting COVID-19 to be exempt from our Cancellation Policy.

    Unfortunately we have run into problems with people not truly contracting COVID-19 and misusing it to avoid being charged.

    If you feel that you have had contact with someone who has COVID-19 or are showing COVID-19 symptoms we ask that you cancel or reschedule 24 hours before you appointment but any COVID-19 cancellations made after the 24 hours or day of appointment will still be subject to our cancellation policy.

 

We know this sounds harsh, but hear us out:

Every time you make a last minute change to your appointments, your stylist takes a financial hit. After careful consideration, we have decided to put these policies into place to create a safe environment for our stylist by protecting their livelihood. It’s time for us to start treating our stylists with the same level of professional courtesy that we do our doctors, dentists, and even gym memberships.
